Navistar International manufactured the venerated 7.3 diesel turbo engine from 1994 to 2003. The engine was part of its
Powerstroke Diesel line of engines used by Ford's F-Series trucks and Econoline vans. The engine produced 250-horsepower and 525 pounds of torque and had a displacement of 444 cubic inches (or 7.3 liters, hence the name).
